Memorial day, and my baby's birthday!

I want to take the time out to thank all of our military members; active duty, fallen, reserves, and retired! They do so much for us all, and no amount of thanks can ever be enough for what they do! I will be forever thankful for each and every one of them!

Also, my princess had a birthday yesterday! She is 2 and it is amazing! She has been playing with her new toys all day, which makes me feel great because I know that she is happy with what she got. :) The party was fantastic also. We had it at grandma and grandpas and we had all of our family there. It was very fun, relaxed and amazing. The weather was great, and we all played all day long. The day started with my princess having birthday breakfast at the local IHOP! :) She was very happy about that, then packed up the car and went to my parents for a fun filled day. My princess also loves balloons, and its really cute when she chases them and kicks them. My happiest days are spent with family, and I am so thankful to have that. They make my life very happy and I am enjoying the time left with them. The only thing that could have made yesterday better was having daddy, but it is okay because he was here in thought and there is always next year.

Busy, busy, busy

I haven't had too much time to blog lately between school and the baby. Things sure have been crazy and I am getting near the end of my block of classes! So that is very exciting. :) I have been trying to keep busy, because of the time I have until I go visit my love! I feel so blessed that I am going to get to make a trip to Korea, in less than a month! I miss him so, and this trip will just be amazing. I will be updating my blog with pictures of my trip, and information. I am sure it will all be very interesting. My baby is about to be two years old next week, so I am also preparing for her birthday. It is so very crazy how fast time flies! She is so busy that every single day seems like a few hours to me. I guess thats a two year old for ya?

I also have been trying to figure out my college goals. Wow, that is one tough decision. I think that I want to go into the nursing program when we move to our next base- but I will already have an associates and so I think having two associates would be a bit redundant and wasteful. As much as online school can be crazy, I sort of like it in a way. I like being home with Sidnee. I also know that we hope to have another child when we move. I would like to stay home with the next child, just like I did with Sidnee. I guess it will just be weighing out options and going from there. My brain just gets all clogged up when I cannot plan anything, because I am waiting on the military- BUT it always turns out just fine! I know whatever is right will happen, and we will all be very happy!

In the time that I have been absent on my writing we also have made the decision to build a house at our next base! The building process should start in January, and we will get there in February to pick all our additional add-ons! I know, some would say it is crazy to build when we are not even there... but my husbands family lives a few hours from the town we have chose to build in, and they will be picking a lot (sense its only dirt, were not making an additional trip). Then we have picked our ideal floor plan- which is 3X bigger than the home we have now! I cannot wait. It will be a very nice thing to be able to finally go "home" and be a family again!

Well I think that is all for now! xoxo Air Force Wife
